Wow, she creates a lot of non needed dishes. One of the first things I learned in the comercial kitchen was not to create waste. Theses dishes are great but her prep is afoul.

I could live off an antipasto platter! Yum!

My only thing is, I personally like my bananas A LOT more ripe before making banana bread. Other then that looks yummy, maybe add some mini chocolate chips, because chocolate lol
